I've read mixed reviews, so I made a half batch and made them into muffins. 1 cup Homemade Cookies and Cream ice cream, 3/4 cup self rising flour, and less than 1/4 cup sugar (maybe 1/8.) After I put them in the greased muffin pan, I topped with sugar crystals. Baked at 325 for about 30 minutes or so and they quickly disappeared. They made six small muffins. Since they were gone before I ate my half (daughter took mine,) I may have to make more tonight!Angnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-73577625928568956.post-25856615835876336972011-01-27T15:23:01.496-07:002011-01-27T15:23:01.496-07:00That's wonderful to hear! I baked one more loaf today using Butter Pecan ice cream, 1 tsp vanilla, & 1/4 cup of white sugar. It was sooooo incredibly tasty! Like eating a loaf of chocolate cookies.

I'm glad you like my sense of humor :-) It's all downhill from here lol..https://www.blogger.com/profile/17212663130842310860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-73577625928568956.post-66973343908206539532011-01-27T10:25:58.411-07:002011-01-27T10:25:58.411-07:00I'm going to try this recipe tonight with my d...I'm going to try this recipe tonight with my daughters.
